Twenty-one,
no exceptions
Everything Black Jack sells is age-restricted. You must be 21 or older to browse this site, place an order, or collect one.
The minimum age, always
Federal law sets 21 as the minimum age for the sale of all tobacco and nicotine products, including vapes and nicotine pouches. Nevada state law and Clark County ordinances apply on top of that. We follow all of them.
Where we check
Two points of verification
On this site
You confirm your date of birth before any product is visible. That confirmation is remembered on your device for 30 days.
At the counter
Valid government-issued photo ID, checked in person, every single collection. There is no version of this we skip.
Because we don’t ship, the in-person check is the one that decides every sale. That’s deliberate — no courier verifies age the way a person at a counter does.
What we refuse
When a sale doesn’t happen
No valid ID, or ID we can’t verify as genuine.
The person collecting isn’t the person who ordered.
Any indication the purchase is being made for someone under 21.
Anyone under 21, regardless of who they’re with or who is paying.
Refused orders are cancelled and refunded in full to the original payment method. Staff have the final say and don’t need to give a reason.

Purchasing tobacco or nicotine products on behalf of anyone under 21 is illegal in Nevada, for you and for us. If we believe that’s what’s happening, we’ll decline the sale. It isn’t personal and it isn’t negotiable.
