To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
Bring with you
Valid photo ID matching the name on the order. Everything we sell is 21+.
What the statuses mean
Reading your order
ProcessingWe’ve got it and we’re pulling it off the shelf.
On holdSomething needs checking — usually stock. We’ll call you.
ReadyBagged and waiting at the counter. Come in any time during opening hours.
CancelledRefunded to your original payment method. Uncollected orders cancel after seven days.
